ENDGAME (Non-spoiler review)
Avengers Endgame is epic, audacious, a spectacle, dramatic, funny, climactic and everything hoped for and more!
Review below:
Avengers Endgame is the summation of 21 films and over 10 years of Marvel Extended Universe based movies. Without getting into spoilers let me just say that it should be obvious the story for Endgame revolves around the results of "the snap."
The following are "snapshots" of my reactions to the film...
I was surprised where this movie started and though I thought I couldn't be moved anymore by the Marvel touch I was wrong!
This movie has a little bit of everything in it. There is drama of course because of where we left off with Infinity War lends to that. There is also humor that comes from unexpected places even if the future seems very bleak.
Many of your beloved characters will play important roles and have their "moment" on screen.
Without giving anything away I will say I laughed, I cried, I was surprised and in Act III my mind was literally melted away by the epic ending!
There was a point during the film where what I was seeing on the screen was UNLIKE ANYTHING I had ever seen before.
A few people may balk at the 3 hour run time. But for me it was worth EVERY minute. And yes it is true there really is no good place in the film to run to the restroom...
If you have enjoyed the Marvel films to this point, Endgame will not disappoint...
